Hearing for Paris Historic Building Postponed

Tuesday’s scheduled hearing about a temporary restraining order filed by AT&T against the City of Paris, Oncor and CRTA properties to prevent them from shutting off power to the First National Bank Building on Bonham Street where cell phone towers are located was postponed until February 2nd. The restraining order had been filed because an engineer hired by the city said power needed to be shut off so workers could repair the building to prevent it from collapsing.
