A hearing for 43-year-old Lamar County man arrested in July for multiple sex crimes against children has been set for September 17 in Sixth District Court. Dustan Phillip Wise is charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14, two counts of sexual contact and three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child. The abuse allegedly took place between September 2007 and August of 2009.
