The Lamar County grand jury has formally indicted an 18 year old man in connection with the crash that claimed the life of Jessica Hollowell. Rodrigo Hernandez was allegedly racing with Hollowell when she clipped the back of his car and crashed into a light pole at the intersection of Lamar and 20th Street NE and burst into flames. He is charged with accident and racing causing death on a highway.
