High Bond Set For Mt Pleasant Woman

Bond was set at $540,000 for a Mt. Pleasant woman facing several charges. 39 year old Wendy White is accused of fraudulent use of an elderly person’s ID and forgery of a financial instrument. The charges were originally filed in Smith County. Authorities say the bond is set high because White is considered a flight risk.
