High Court May Make Decision On Texas Abortion Law

We could learn as early as today if the Supreme Court will stop a new abortion law from going into effect in Texas. The law should go into effect Wednesday and bans the procedure as early as six weeks of pregnancy. Abortion advocacy groups are asking the Supreme Court to stop it. They say this would affect the vast majority of the abortions taking place in the state. Justice Samuel Alito will consider their motion.
