High Court Rules Texas Inmate Ineligible For Execution

The Supreme Court has ruled that a Texas death row inmate is intellectually disabled and may not be executed. The justices ruled 6-3 Tuesday in the case of inmate Bobby James Moore. He was condemned for the shotgun murder of a Houston grocery store clerk.
