High Court Throws Out Texas Abortion Law

A federal appeals court in New Orleans has struck down a Texas law that bans one of the most common abortion procedures during the second trimester. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton says the state legislature was well within its constitutional limits when it banned the abortion procedure. The state could appeal the decision to the US Supreme Court.
