High Court To Hear Arguments In Biden Vaccine Mandates

The Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments today on a challenge to the Biden Administration’s federal vaccine mandates. A handful of Republican-controlled states brings the lawsuit, plus several businesses and advocacy groups, like the Texas Public Policy Foundation. The group’s attorney, Rob Henneke, says the government cannot force people to have a medical procedure they oppose. At issue before the court is whether the federal government can mandate private employers with over 100 employees to require their workers to either be fully vaccinated or tested weekly.
