
On Mix 107.7 last night the North Lamar Pantherettes continued their dominance as they defeated Pleasant Grove 12-1 in five innings. Jaycie Hall and Reagan Richardson each had three-run homers in the win. The Pantherettes are now 19-2 on the season and 6-0 in district.

On the baseball diamond, Pleasant Grove defeated North Lamar 10-5. The Panthers had a 5-2 lead but the Hawks scored the last 7 runs of the game.

Tonight, Paris High will host Liberty Eylau in both baseball and softball. Chisum will be home against Como Pickton in both sports. While Prairiland softball and baseball will travel to Chapel Hill.

The Rangers lost to Oakland 3-1. Bartolo Colon went six innings, allowing one run on seven hits with 4 strikeouts in his Rangers debut. Those two teams will be back at it tonight on 1490 AM and 96.3 FM KPLT – Pregame at 8:30 first pitch at 9:05.
