High School Basketball Plus Cowboys Fire Defensive Coordinator

On Friday night, the Paris Lady Cats lost to Gilmer 74-47. Keshanti Gordon finished with 14 points while Quiniya Savage had 12 for Paris.
The North Lamar Pantherettes lost to Liberty Eylau 59-50.

The Prairiland Lady Patriots defeated Commerce 56-19. Abi Farmer led the team with 18 points, while Hannah Murdock had 15. The Patriot boys lost to Commerce 76-47.

The Honey Grove Warriors defeated Sam Rayburn 54-43, the Clarksville Lady Tigers defeated Rivercrest 41-38, and Lauren Hardman had 13 points and eight rebounds for Rivercrest in the loss.

On Saturday, the Clarksville Lady Tigers defeated Detroit 49-36. Kayleigh Griggs had 14 points for Detroit.

The Dallas Cowboys made some changes over the weekend. Dallas fired defensive coordinator Mike Nolan, as well as defensive line coach Jim Tomsula. Both coaches spent just a year in Dallas, and they have set for interviews potential replacements.
