In Baseball, Winnsboro erupts for 6 runs in the 8th to win 7-1 over Prairiland.

Due to field conditions, North Lamar and Pittsburg moved their game to Friday afternoon at 2″00 pm in Pittsburg.

In playoff Soccer, the Paris girls won their bi-district matchup with Crandall 1-0. They will play Dallas Carter next week in the Area Round.

The Texas Rangers drop the opener 4-1. Cole Hamels went 5.2 innings and gave up 3 runs. He did strike out 7 in the loss.
