Hooks Man Indicted For Child Sexual Assault

A Northeast Texas man has been indicted by the Bowie County grand jury on three counts of sexual assault of a child. Joseph William White, 34, of Hooks, pleaded not guilty. He’s accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old while both worked at a fast-food restaurant in Texarkana.
