Hopkins County Deputies received a tip that a passenger in had possession of methamphetamine. They stopped the vehicle, and 25-year-old Cecily Elizabeth Saffel, of Sulphur Springs, admitted to having narcotics in her possession. Deputies arrested her for possession of more than four but less than 200 grams of a controlled substance.
