A traffic stop by a State Trooper for an obstructed license plate has resulted in the arrest of a Kentucky man on an outstanding Tennessee warrant. Reportedly, 36-year-old Dustin Lynn Roby was arrested for Violating his Parole. His truck was impounded and he is being held without bond in the Hopkins County Jail.

Deputies arrested 35-year-old Robert Earl Hawkins, Jr., in Hopkins County, for Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug-Free Zone. The charge is a third-degree felony.
