Billy Jack Orsburn

Officers with the Special Crimes Unit (SCU) and Sulphur Springs PD located a fugitive on Locust Street. Reportedly, 64-year-old Billy Jack Orsburn fled on foot from the officers and barricaded himself inside a residence. Officers made entry and found Orsburn attempting to hide underneath some trash in the kitchen. They charged him with revocation of bond on three controlled substance charges and not paying a misdemeanor fine.

Ceasar A. Garcia -Hernandez

Officials arrested 19-year-old Ceazar A. Garcia-Hernandez on a warrant for Bond Revocation on a charge of possession of a felony amount of a controlled substance. Bond is $1 million. He was also charged on a warrant for Violation of Probation for Aggravated Robbery. Bond was denied on that charge.

Jquiten Lamar Gasaway

Officials arrested 21-year-old Jquiten Lamar Gasaway in Hopkins County on a warrant for Sexual Assault of a Child. Bond is $100,000.
