A 23-year-old Pittsburg man turned himself in at the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding warrant for violation of his probation for theft of aluminum, bronze, or copper materials. They also charged Calum Len Foldenauer on a warrant for a parole violation.

Hopkins County arrested 42-year-old Tabatha Nicole Winston on a Hunt County warrant for Violation of the Probation she was on for a forgery charge. She was also charged on a warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Bond is $25,000 on the assault charge but denied on the probation violation.

Hopkins County Deputies arrested 22-year-old Justin Powell Freeman, of Sulphur Springs, after a traffic stop in Sulphur Springs for expired registration. Further investigation led to a felony amount of methamphetamine hidden inside a flashlight in the vehicle.
