Hopkins County Deputies transported 33-year-old Cody Wayne Pope of Rowlett from the Dallas County Jail to the Hopkins County Jail. He’s charged with violating the probation he was on for possession of more than five but less than 50 pounds of marijuana.

Hopkins County Deputies arrested a Commerce man for a traffic violation on Hwy 11 at the county line. A deputy saw a firearm on the front passenger seat, and since Tra Marcel Tolbert-Allen of Commerce had a prior conviction, they arrested him for Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Mugshot Not Available
