Hopkins County deputies arrested a Rains County couple after a traffic stop for erratic driving on Hwy 19. A subsequent search of the vehicle turned up baggies containing a controlled substance. They charged the driver with paraphernalia, and the passenger, 35-year-old Jennifer Lynn Howell of Point, was charged with possession of the controlled substance. Her bond is $10,000.
Hopkins County Deputies arrested 36-year-old Kayln Dawn Bell of Scroggins over the weekend after a traffic stop on Hwy 11. They charged her with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Her bond is $15,000.
