Authorities stopped 29-year-old Kelsey Devon Carrillo and ticketed her for driving without a license, a quantity of methamphetamine and baggies commonly used to distribute narcotics. Officers charged her with possession of more than four but less than 200 grams of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver.
Sulphur Springs Police conducted a traffic stop that resulted in the arrest of a man on a Camp County felony warrant. They charged Gregory Edward Burgin, of Mt Pleasant, with bond forfeiture for a Child Endangerment charge and his new bond is $10,000. (Mugshot Not Available)
