Troy Glen Fouse

Hopkins County Deputies arrested 54-year-old Troy Glen Fouse on a warrant charging him with violating the parole he was on for burglary of a habitation. He’s in the Hopkins County Jail without bond.

A Cumby Police Officer stopped a woman for speeding on I-30 allegedly tried to assault the officer. Reportedly, 26-year-old Brittany Lashae Herrera shoved the officer when he asked her to sign her ticket. Herrera then told a passenger she was going to beat up the officer. She was reportedly taken to the ground and continued to push the officer with her feet before the officer got her handcuffed. They charged Herrera with assault on a peace officer and resisting arrest, search, or transport.
