Officers arrested 28-year- Francisco Manuel Velasco of Sulphur Springs after a computer check showed an active warrant. He was taken into custody and charged with violating the probation for arson.

Hopkins County Deputies conducted a traffic stop for expired registration on Oak Avenue in Sulphur Springs and contacted 34-year-old Kerry La, Terry Gotcher. A records check showed he was wanted for Violation of Parole, and he was arrested.
