Hopkins County Deputies arrested 42-year-old Christopher Scott Brown on Christmas Day for Aggravated Assault of a Date, Family or Household Member with a Deadly Weapon. They also charged him with the Assault of a Peace Officer or Judge. He remains in the Hopkins County Jail under a total of $125,000 bond.

Hopkins County District Court sentenced 45-year-old Tommy Lee Davis to five years in prison after it convicted him of Possession of more than four but less than 200 grams of a Controlled Substance.
A Hopkins County JP set 36-year-old Jorge Commacho Villanueva’s bond at $100,000 after his arrest for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child. The charge is a First-Degree Felony.
