Sulphur Springs Police conducted a stop on I-30 at the 122-mile marker for no license plate light. A computer check with dispatch confirmed that 34-year-old Antonius Brett Anderson of Little Rock was wanted on an Oklahoma warrant for Failure To Appear on a charge of Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. However, they did not set a bond amount.

Martin Gonzalez Guerrero

Hopkins County Deputies received information that a wanted man was at a residence in Como. Deputies contacted 46-year-old Martin Gonzalez Guerrero and arrested him on a warrant for Aggravated Assault of a Date, Family or Household Member with a Deadly Weapon. Bond is $500,000 on the first-degree felony charge, and he remains behind bars.

Thomas Edward Pepin

Hopkins County Deputies transported 42-year-old Thomas Edward Pepin of Georgia from the jail in Wrightsville, Georgia, back to Hopkins County on a warrant for Violation of the Parole he was on for Theft of Service of More than $2,500 but less than$30,000. They are holding him without bond.

Cumby Police arrested a 23-year-old Cooper man after observing him driving recklessly on Eastbound I-30 by a Cumby Police Officer, and a chase ensued that at times reached speeds of 105. Dylan Toon exited the interstate onto the Frontage Road at US 67 near the city limits of Sulphur Springs and was taken into custody for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle and Reckless driving. He was released from jail Monday after posting a $7,000 bond.  mugshot not available
