Layton Wes Keller, 21-year-old from Sulphur Springs, turned himself in at the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant charging him with violation of the probation he was on for assault of a pregnant person. They booked Keller into jail on the charge, holding him without bond.

Winnsboro Police arrested 61-year-old Jessie Craig Swanner of Scroggins on a Hopkins County warrant for felony stalking. They transported him back to the Hopkins County Jail, where his bond is $200,000.

Sulphur Springs Police arrested 36-year-old Kyle Wayne Hurley of Deport after stopping him for a traffic violation on Wildcat Way. He had Red River County warrants for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Abandoned or Endangering a child.
