Hopkins County Deputies arrested 46-year-old Richard Rojas Brito-Rojas for the Use and Possession of fewer than five pieces of Identifying information. His bond is $50,000, and he remains in jail. 

Representatives of a health care facility notified local authorities about possible prescription fraud committed by an employee and launched an investigation. Deputies arrested 40-year-old Crystal McLin Lipe of DeKalb at the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office. They booked her into the jail on a warrant for fraudulent delivery or use of a controlled substance or prescription, a second-degree felony. They released her after posting a $100,000 bond. (mugshot not available)
