Hopkins County Deputies arrested Carlton DeWayne Cagle, 61, of Emory, for his third DWI. Cagle refused to submit a blood sample, and they obtained a warrant for a blood sample.

Cris Glenn Brown

Deputies arrested Cris Glenn Brown after he failed to signal a lane change on I-30 eastbound near Cumby. Brown had several magnetic boxes attached to the undercarriage of the vehicle. Inside the boxes were baggies containing nearly 252 grams of crystal methamphetamine.
