Two Como residents were arrested after a traffic stop on Hwy 11W near CR 4706. Officials charged 36-year-old Brandon Lee Flanery and 28-year-old Heather Lynn Maroney each with more than one but less than four grams of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Maroney was also charged with Tampering with Evidence. Bond for Flannery was $10,000 and for Maroney, it was $20,000.
Hopkins County arrested 27-year-old Joseph Andrew Carpenter on felony drug and weapons charges. He’s charged with Possession of more than four but less than 200 grams of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. Bond was set at $45,000.
A Hopkins County JP set bond at $40,000 for 37-year-old Travis W. Danker. He was charged with possession of between four and 200 grams of a controlled substance, unauthorized use of a vehicle and unlawfully carrying a weapon.
Hopkins County Deputies arrested 32-year-old Gerardo Osornio, Jr., on an outstanding warrant for a first-degree felony drug charge. Bond was set at $75,000 for possession of more than four but less than 200 grams of a controlled substance.
