Hopkins County Clerk Nominated For Award

The Region VI County and District Clerk’s Association has nominated Hopkins County Clerk Debbie Shirley as Texas County Clerk of the year.  She was nominated by her peers in Region VI, which includes all 35 counties in Northeast Texas.
