Hopkins County Commissioners Approve 381 Agreement With D6

Hopkins County Commissioners unanimously approved a 381 agreement with the D6 Company, which recently moved its operations to Sulphur Springs from Oregon. The company makes film seals and packaging near the Ocean Spray Plant. The agreement will apply to two expansions: 300,000 square feet and 120,000 square feet. The company has already doubled the number of employees at its facility.
