Hopkins County Commissioners To Purchase Relaimer

Hopkins County commissioners have approved the purchase of a  $220,000  reclaimer  for Precinct 2, to replace the one recently sold to Precinct 1.  A reclaimer is like a large roto-tiller used for smoothing roads and adding oil and or sand to road mixture.  Commissioners also approved the sale of fireworks in unincorporated areas of the county  on Memorial Day and San Jacinto Day.
