Hopkins County-Sulphur Springs Emergency Management announced two new cases of coronavirus Wednesday. There were no recent recoveries, and the total of active is 85. Since testing began, there have been 333 positive results and 248 recoveries. Sixteen patients are in the COVID Unit at Christus Mother Frances Hospital Sulphur Springs. The state reports eight deaths from the virus.
