Texas DSHS reports the number of active Coronavirus cases jumped from 130 to 174 on Wednesday. Also, they had another fatality. There were 28 new cases of the virus and 16 recoveries.
Hopkins County Emergency Management reports 13 patients in the COVID Unit of Christus Mother Frances Hospital in Sulphur Springs. There are 95 total fatalities reported in Hopkins County, with 300 people receiving both doses of the vaccine.
