Hopkins County-Sulphur Springs Emergency reports 16 new cases of COVID-19 and 19 recent recoveries. There are now 700 total positive test results and 141 actives. Currently, 16 patients are in the COVID Unit at the hospital. The DSHS COVID Dashboard shows 36 people in Hopkins County have died from the virus.
As of 5:00 pm Saturday, October 31, 2020, a total of 2,394 COVID tests have been performed at the testing center located at 128-A Jefferson Street.
