Hopkins County Deputies Score Major Money Laundering Arrests

Hopkins County Deputies made two recent traffic stops that resulted in arrests for illegal narcotics activities and money laundering. They seized a total of about $120,000 in the two incidents. The sheriff’s office will get to keep most of the money and is planning to use it for job training programs for inmates to prepare them to rejoin society when they complete their sentences. The suspects arrested were from Arkansas, and have been released on bail.
