Hopkins County Emergency Management Update

Hopkins Country Emergency Management reports that there are currently 17 patients in the COVID Unit at Christus Mother Frances Hospital – Sulphur Springs. The latest report has performed a total of 5,814 COVID tests at the testing center located at 128-A Jefferson Street. Since testing began, the Texas DSHS reports 1,008 confirmed positive cases, 1,021 probable cases, and 64 fatalities from the disease.
