The 2022 Hopkins County Fall Festival Creative Arts Contest will take place October 21-22 in the Sulphur Springs High School Conference Center. There is an age division for toddlers thru senior adults in 12 categories, including Art, Food Preservation, Photography, Needlework, Baked Goods, Clothing, Creative Crafts, Woodworking, Horticulture, and more.
