Hopkins County Family Loses Home To Fire

Fire destroyed a home in the Flora Community of Hopkins County early Thursday morning, leaving the residents of the home with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Firefighters from 6 departments battled the blaze on Private Road 7581. The local chapter of the Red Cross is assisting the family, and the Blue Santa program will help the children. The cause of the fire has not been officially determined.
