A Hopkins County fugitive wanted for failure to appear at the close of her trial and sentencing for possession of PCP has been arrested by Hopkins County deputies in Rowlett. Keri Crump, who had been sentenced to two years in state jail now faces up to 20 years in prison on a charge of Failure To Appear. She has a lengthy criminal history.
