The May panel of the Hopkins County grand jury has indicted 40 people on 47 felony charges. Charges included numerous assaults of various degrees, aggravated robbery, weapons violations, auto theft, burglary, evading with a vehicle or watercraft, felony DWI, and numerous narcotics and marijuana offenses, with some indicted facing multiple charges.
