Hopkins County Indictments

The Hopkins County grand jury has indicted Tracy Sexton for Aggravated Robbery of a convenience store on South Hillcrest Drive. He’s accused of pulling a gun on the clerk and taking money from the cash register. He is being held in the Hopkins County Jail on $350,000 bond.

The Hopkins County grand jury has indicted 60-year-old George Weldon Payne, Jr., of Saltillo, on three counts of sexual assault. He was arrested on the charges in March and remains in the Hopkins County Jail under $150,000 bond.
