Sulphur Springs Police responded to I-30 after receiving a report of a reckless driver. They stopped the vehicle at the 128-mile marker. The driver showed signs of intoxication and admitted to using Xanax. Officers arrested 54-year-old Heather Anne Lindsay of Knoxville, Tennessee, for felony DWI, and a subsequent search turned up drug paraphernalia and a quantity of Methamphetamine. They added Felony Drug charges, and they had not set a bond.
