He had allegedly eaten meals at two downtown Sulphur Springs restaurants and skipped out on the tab. He’s in the Hopkins County Jail.

Jerry Lynn Lowrey was arrested Sunday for Possession of a Controlled Substance and a misdemeanor warrant. They did not release any other details or bond amount, and he remains in the Hopkins County Jail.

Deputies arrested Christopher Adolfo Lutz in Hopkins County for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He remains in jail.

Jose Carlos Martinez was arrested Saturday on a warrant for Burglary of a Habitation and a misdemeanor traffic charge. He posted a bond, and they released him from the Hopkins County Jail. Mugshot not available
