Sixty-six-year-old Steven Lynn Culbertson was arrested in Hopkins County over the Labor Day weekend. He is charged with three counts of Indecency with a Child Sexual Contact. His bond was set at $225,000.
Bond was set by a Hopkins County JP at $200, 000 for James Douglas Tolley of Como. HE was arrested, for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and Sexual Assault Child. He remains in the Hopkins County jail.
Charles Lindley Battles was arrested Wednesday in Hopkins County for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle. No other details about the incident have been disclosed.
