Melchor Eduardo Leon, Jr.
Hopkins County Deputies transported 25-year-old Melchor Eduardo Leon, Jr., from the Smith County Jail to Sulphur Springs to face charges on two outstanding warrants. He’s charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and parole violation. The judge denied the bond, and he remains in jail.
Calvin Clint Chumbley
A Hopkins County Deputy transported 62-year-old Calvin Clint Chumbley of Bogata from the Red River County Jail to the Hopkins County. Officials wanted him for bond forfeiture for Burglary of a Habitation and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Shawna Jean Clay
Deputies arrested 36-year-old Shawna Jean Clay and a 25-year-old Calum Len Foldenauer from Winnsboro on outstanding warrants. In addition, they charged Clay with violation of probation for abandoning or endangering child-criminal negligence and engaging in organized criminal activity.
Calum Len Foldenauer
They charged Foldenauer on a Gregg County warrant for burglary of a habitation.
