Hopkins County Jail Bookings

Hopkins County arrested Roberto Rivera on three counts of Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact. No other information was available, and he remains in the Hopkins County Jail.

Deputies arrested Kellen Warren Tramel on four felony warrants. They charged him with two counts of Bail Jumping and Failure to Appear, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

Hopkins County Deputies arrested a Como man following a traffic stop for an expired registration. The driver, Edward Joseph Webb-Delhomme, 32, admitted he had a THC pen and surrendered that to the deputy. They also found a small baggie, a glass pipe, and other paraphernalia. Webb-Delhomme was transported to the Hopkins County Jail.

A deputy arrested Elizabeth Louise Willis, 39, of Winnsboro, on Monday for Violation of the Probation she was on for Possession of a Controlled Substance. She’s in the Hopkins County Jail.
