Hopkins County Jail Bookings

 

Sulphur Springs Police arrested a Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, man following a traffic stop on Hillcrest Drive. The driver, 50-year-old James Owen Watkins, gave conflicting statements about his travel plans, and the officer conducted a consensual search of his vehicle. The officer located a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine and a quantity of methamphetamine. He arrested Watkins for Possession of Methamphetamine in a Drug-Free Zone, a third-degree felony.

 

Hopkins County arrested Shelbee Lynn-Cheree Green on two narcotics warrants. Deputies booked her for Possession of more than four but less than 200 grams of a Controlled Substance and an additional count of the same charge.

 

Deputies arrested Tierra Simone Puckett on a warrant for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. At the time of this report, she was in the Hopkins County Jail.
