Hopkins County Jail Bookings

Forty-six-year-old Kevin Dean Lowe turned himself in at the Hopkins County Sheriff’s office on an outstanding warrant for violating his probation for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. They denied bond, and he remains in the Hopkins County Jail.

Deputies arrested Jazmyn Nikolia Smallwood on Thursday for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. At the time of this report, she was in the Hopkins County Jail.
