Hopkins County Jail Bookings

James Frank Neel

Hopkins County Deputies and Sulphur Springs Police executed a warrant at the home of 75-year-old James Frank Neel. Authorities reportedly found overwhelming evidence of child pornography on Neel’s computer. They arrested him for possession and promotion of child pornography without setting a bond. They expect Neel to face a judge Thursday morning.

Tommy Wayne Davis, Jr.

Deputies arrested 49-year-old Tommy Wayne Davis, Jr., for possession of more than four ounces but less than five pounds of Marijuana. There is not a bond at this time.

Christopher Michael Parker

Hopkins County arrested 49-year-old Christopher Michael Parker on two counts of Aggravated Assault of a Date, Family, or Household Member with a Deadly Weapon. Bond is $100,000 on each count, and he remains in the Hopkins County Jail.

Mark Alan Potts

Hopkins County Deputies arrested 55-year-old Mark Alan Potts on a warrant for Violation of the Probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance of more than one but less than four grams. His bond is $175,000.
