Hopkins County Deputies arrested Bobby Kay Durham on a Cook County warrant for manufacturing and delivering a Simulated Controlled Substance. Durham also was wanted on a Montague County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Bowie County warrant for theft of More than $2500 but less than$30,000, and a Taylor County misdemeanor warrant.

Colton Blake Skinner was arrested in Hopkins County for Possession of a Controlled Substance and is in the Hopkins County Jail.
