District Judge Eddie Northcutt sentenced 42-year-old Timmy Lynn Clark, of Sulphur Springs, to three years in prison for DWI with more than three convictions. He had previously served a year in a substance abuse punishment facility for his third DWI.
Brandon Ray Timmons
A Sulphur Springs man was arrested on two felony and one misdemeanor charge after a confrontation with an officer on Maxwell at Ardis Street. Brandon Ray Timmons resisted the officer and attempted to hide methamphetamine. He was taken into custody and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence, and Resisting Arrest. His bonds total $22,000.
